I made this film for a Physics project I did on, you might've guessed it, the wheel and axle.
There are two versions of the film. The one on youtube (embeded below) is the cut I showed to the class.
This version of the film is what I consider to be a final (or as final as it can get) cut of the film. As much as I'd like to put this version on youtube, it keeps getting hammered by copyright infringement. Nothing is all that different. Just watchable credits and better sfx. So, it will be on vimeo for the time being.
It's not that cleanly cut, I know, but it's pretty fucking impressive that it was done in under 24 hours (2 1/2 to film the rest to edit).
I know there'll be some lonely wanderer who'll stumble upon my page and watch the video.
If you happen to laugh or even chuckle, my thanks and gratitude is with you.
Fuck everybody else.
I have my first voice clip! Woo hoo!
This first clip is one of me doing my Rorschach impersonation. It's the great example of my gruff scratchy voice.
Here's the video:
You can listen to the original clip
Tell me what you think! More to come!
I'm new, okay? Let's get that outta the way.
I've never had any voice acting experience, ever, but I have had acting experience. I'd love to do my own flashes but I don't have the equipment or the software to do that, but I do have a microphone and basic recording equipment. I need to get my name out in the see of aspiring voice actors, and the best way to do that is get someone who can make a flash to throw me a bone or something.
That's all I need! A chance to prove myself. I've got this paper to write as of now, but as soon as my schedule clears up, I'll do some voice samples so that you guys can see what I'm made of.
So if you are in need of a voice actor, please, throw me some lines, and I'll throw them right back at you in the form of some .wavs or whatever format you'd like.
Thanks for reading this all the way through,
Joe (Aka. MonkeySteak)
